★ Cancellation Policy
- 30 days or more prior to departure, no fee will be charged.
- 15 days or more before departure, 50% of the order will be charged.
- 7 to 14 days (excluding 7 days) prior to departure, 70% of the order will be charged for cancellation.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before the departure date will be charged 100% of the order price.
Note: If you are late for the tour or cannot join the tour for other reasons on the day of the tour, no refund or change will be made.
★ Precautions
1. Please follow the tour details as provided by the tour guide.
2. The tour times may be adjusted as needed; the tour guide will provide the details.
3. The tour guide will contact you one day prior to departure，please stay connected for updates. If you are on a plane or cruise the day before the tour, please let us know ahead of time.
4. Antelope is one of the most famous photography sites，please follow their rules：no picture taking on the stairs；always follow the Navajo tour guide；do not write on the canyon walls，do not litter，do not bring a tripod；do not bring bags; do not climb the rocks. If you fail to follow these rules you will be sent back to the car, refunds will not be provided.
5. If the tour vehicle is changed or replaced due to force majeure, the participating guests on the day can receive a partial refund ($15/person) to compensate for the difference in the price of the vehicle.
